Case # 10:

A NONEXISTENT CASE IN GYNECOLOGY IN GEORGIA

She is on the books in Tbilisi Oncological Scientific Center from 19-05-200, the patient’s Card No. 3778. Diagnosis: Cystomes of great Size of Ovaries

The patient has declined from the offered operational treatment because of money shortage and when the disease was complicated she addressed me for herbal treatment, she complain to: general weakness, pain of hidden character in the cavity of minor pelvis, white secretion and disorder of menstrual cycle. By palpation both ovaries were enlarged, and the right one- more, which was clearly noticed visually.

I’ve selected the herb, accepting which she started on 23-06-2000. Gradually the pains in the cavity of minor pelvis was removed, the white secretion from vagina was stopped and the ovaries became smaller in volume. After carrying out 5 courses with herbs (one course is for 10 days) a menstrual cycle was stopped, because of which she again addressed me frightened, whether to continue the herbal treatment? I have stopped the treatment and explained to her to care fore the future pregnancy. She ironically asked me “It’s already 9 years as I am married and I’ve never been pregnant and now, when both ovaries are diseased it’s impossible my pregnancy”. I have warned her still and asked to carry out an echoscopic investigation. She really carried out the echoscopic investigation and it appeared that she was pregnant. This case resulted the greatest surprise and joy.

When a foetus became of 22-23 weeks, it pressed the still non-healed ovaries and the left ovary was burst. She was urgently placed in Chachava Institute, in the Department of operational-Gynecology on 22-02-2001, with the registration No.057171.

Diagnosis: Cystoma of large size with the twisted foot. Common double-sided Endometriodal Cysts with bursting of the left ovalris cysts. Surgical Operation: Abdominal Resection, Separation from Commissure, Resection of both Ovaries, Drainage of Abdomen

The abdomen was opened according to the layers, during the operation the place of uterus was changed a little and it was raised up manually, to switch off the tissues from commissure. There was a danger of loosing the foetus, but thanks to the timely and wise interfere of the operator both, the mother and the foetus were saved. The pregnancy was continued and a little baby Giorgi Kedelashvili was born on 9-07-2001. It’s a wonder, but it is a fact that the correct selection of the herbs can make a real Wonder!

Today a little Giorgi is 1 year and 5 months old, he is healthy and full of life.
